Refund policy
The whole point of Coffee Joulies is to ensure that customers are more satisfied with their coffee. If Coffee Joulies aren't helping you enjoy your coffee more please return them for a full refund. To return them please mail them to:

Include a note with your name, address, order number, and reason for the return. We will issue a full refund to the original card within two weeks of receiving the package.
For orders within the USA: The full value of the purchase price, including shipping will be refunded. Return postage is not included.
For orders outside the USA: Please enter your address in English. If a package is returned as undeliverable for any reason, the order will be refunded minus the shipping charges. (Except in the case of an incorrectly transcribed address.) You may re-enter the address and place another order. This policy is because it's impossible for us to control local delivery issues in foreign countries. All international shipping options we offer come with tracking that will display if there are issues that need your attention to be resolved. Sorry for any inconvenience this causes.

You can also choose to sign up for our email list so we can keep you informed about new products we offer in the future. That email list is confidential and proprietary, and will only be shared with a third party in the event that Coffee Joulies LLC is acquired by or merges with said third party so that they may continue operations of Coffee Joulies, LLC including sending email updates.
